Qualifications

• Очень высокий уровень устной и письменной речи на английском (минимум B2).
• Высшее образование.
• Сильное желание развиваться в IT-рекрутменте и нацеленность на результат.

Responsibilities

• Достижение индивидуальных целей и KPI в наборе персонала.
• Поиск IT-кадров с использованием различных методов и каналов.
• Управление полным циклом набора: размещение вакансий, скрининг, интервью, предложение и переговоры.
• Проведение интервью и оценка кандидатов.
• Ведение базы кандидатов и поддержание контактов по телефону и электронной почте.
• Развитие знаний IT-рынка и улучшение техник найма.
• Представление Seargin как работодателя и формирование долгосрочных отношений с кандидатами.
• Поддержание актуальности данных в CRM/HRM и взаимодействие с командами.

• Achieve individual recruitment goals and KPIs
• Source IT candidates using various recruitment methods and channels
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting and candidate screening to interviews, offers, and negotiations
• Conduct recruitment interviews and assess candidates
• Build and maintain a candidate database
• Develop knowledge of the IT market and improve recruitment techniques
• Maintain regular contact with candidates by phone and email
• Build long-term candidate relationships and represent Seargin as an employer
• Keep recruitment data and candidate interactions up to date in the CRM/HRM system
• Cooperate with Recruitment, Sales, HR, Legal, Finance, and other teams
