Olympus Business Services sp. z o.o. is seeking a Junior HR Operations Specialist to support HR processes across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will handle onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration and maintain HR systems to ensure accurate records and compliance. Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations using HR information systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
• Fluent English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Performing administrative tasks in HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and related activities.
• Maintaining and updating HR systems to ensure accurate employee records, reporting, and data privacy compliance.
• Acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and systems.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws; assisting in audits or compliance activities.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline HR operations and leverage technology.
• Generating HR reports to support decision-making and daily processing.
• Cooperating with HR business partners, payroll, and other departments for alignment.
• Maintaining and updating HR process documentation, guides, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Performing administrative tasks in HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and others, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with applicable KPIs and metrics.
• Maintaining and updating the relevant HR systems (MyHR, Umantis and other in scope) to ensure accurate employee records, reporting, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and systems, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulations, and assist in audits or compliance-related activities as needed.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR operational processes & leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Generating HR reports to support decision-making and daily processing.
• Cooperating closely with HR business partners, HR Coordinators, payroll, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in HR operations.
• Maintaining and updating HR process documentation, guides, and desktop procedures

Requirements:

• Any previous experience in HR Operations, using HR information systems - preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Communicative German (verbal and written).
• A proactive way of working and communicating - demonstrating accountability and ownership.
• Constant improvement mindset and tech-savviness to drive the positive changes.
• Team-player attitude, focus on collaboration and building relationships.
• Experience in working in high-complexity environment (processes and structures)
