Job summary

Hitachi Energy is hiring a Junior HR Specialist with German to support DACH and nearby regions from Kraków. You will handle time-system data administration, perform reporting, and ensure governance across HR processes.

Collaboration with time keepers and front offices is essential, with office presence twice weekly. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (IT or HR preferred), strong Excel skills, and fluent business English and German.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work as part of a large, fast-growing team.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or HR would be an asset.
• Proficient in business English and German.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle data administration in the time system (eTime) with reconciliation and reporting.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data analyses and maintain payroll calendars.
• Follow MyHR governance and update SOPs/local WIs as needed.
• Collaborate with Time keepers, Front Offices and other streams (ADP).
• Execute global and local HR controls on time according to deadlines.
• Complete tickets per SLAs and support end-to-end time management processes.
