Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a Junior HR Specialist with German to join our eTime team. You will support end-to-end time management for DACH and smaller markets, handling data administration and reporting.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with Time Keepers and other streams. Office presence is required twice weekly, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth within a global tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or HR is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables) and MS Office.
• Fluent in English and German for DACH support.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid office setting in Kraków.

Responsibilities

• Manage data in the time system (eTime) and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Follow HR governance and maintain SOPs/local WIs.
• Collaborate with Time Keepers, Front Offices and other streams (ADP).
• Support time management processes for DACH and smaller markets.
• Assist payroll-related activities aligned with the payroll calendar.
