Job summary

Hitachi Energy Kraków is seeking a Junior HR Specialist with German to join the eTime team. You will manage data in the time system, perform reconciliations, and generate reports, supporting payroll calendars.

The role requires strong Excel skills, good English and German, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. The position involves collaborating with Time keepers and other streams, following governance, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or HR is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient in business English and business German.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new scope.

Responsibilities

• Complete tickets according to SLAs.
• Execute reports and data analysis daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Follow MyHR governance in daily work.
• Review and update SOPs/local WIs.
• Collaborate with Time keepers, Front Offices and other streams (ADP).
• Execute global and local HR controls on time and deadlines.
