Job summary

Flex is seeking a Junior Export & Customs Specialist based in Tczew, Poland. You will support daily export and customs operations, preparing export documentation, assisting with customs clearance, and ensuring accurate shipment data across systems.

The role requires some logistics experience and competence in Polish and English (B1/B2). Strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn new procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Some previous experience in logistics is mandatory.
• Experience in export and/or customs operations will be an advantage.
• Good Polish and Communicative English (B1/B2 level).
• Willingness to learn export, customs, and trade compliance processes as well as new operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Support export and customs clearance activities in compliance with internal procedures and customs regulations.
• Maintain accurate shipment and customs documentation in company systems.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Assist in resolving customs, transportation and documentation issues under the guidance of senior team members.
• Cooperate with Logistics, Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure timely shipment execution and documentation compliance
