Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner of choice, seeking a Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist in Tczew, Poland. You will maintain employee records, support onboarding/offboarding, and ensure accurate payroll data including salaries, bonuses, benefits, deductions and absences.

You’ll prepare HR documents, monitor leaves, ensure compliance with labor and payroll laws, and collaborate with external providers and authorities. This role offers growth in a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, payroll, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of payroll and employment regulations.
• Practical knowledge of labor law and HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidentiality and high professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Preparing and verifying payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, deductions and absences.
• Preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documents.
• Monitoring leave, sick leave, and employee absences.
• Ensuring compliance with labor law, payroll regulations, and internal policies.
• Cooperating with external payroll providers, accounting teams, and public authorities when required.
• Preparing HR and payroll reports and analyses.
• Providing employees and managers with professional support on HR and payroll-related matters.
• Staying up to date with changes in labor and payroll legislation.
