Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions in Warsaw is looking for a Logistics & Import/Export Specialist to join our international team.

You will coordinate international shipments, verify documentation, apply Incoterms, and ensure SAP records are up to date while collaborating with customers, providers, and internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years in import/export or international logistics, fluent English and Polish, and the legal right to work in Poland, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in import/export or international logistics.
• Strong understanding of international shipping and documentation.
• Basic to good knowledge of Incoterms.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Fluent English and good working knowledge of Polish.
• EDI, customs or dangerous goods experience is a plus.
• Legal right to work in Poland is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import and export shipments.
• Monitor shipments and resolve transportation, customs and documentation issues.
• Prepare and verify import/export documentation.
• Work with customers, logistics providers, customs brokers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment data in SAP.
• Apply Incoterms and support customs and trade compliance.
• Handle shipment exceptions and support process improvements.
