Job summary

Færch Plast Group in Poland is seeking a skilled print prepress designer to prepare materials for print and ensure files meet production specifications.

You will edit layouts using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, manage color accuracy, and coordinate with printing houses to deliver packaging and labels.

Strong attention to detail and fluency in English are required, with familiarity in Esko software and print standards. This role is based on site in Poland.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and print-ready workflows.
• Solid knowledge of printing techniques and standards.
• Experience in preparing print-ready files (DTP/prepress).
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to follow print house guidelines and technical specs.
• Knowledge of color theory and colour management.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for print according to project specs.
• Layout and edit graphic files to meet print house requirements.
• Check file correctness before production.
• Adapt designs to various printing techniques.
• Coordinate with printing houses and production dept to fulfill orders.
