Job summary

Faerch Group in Poland is seeking a detail‑oriented packaging prepress specialist to join our printing and production team. You will prepare print-ready materials and adapt graphics to different printing techniques.

Responsibilities include layout and editing of graphic files per print house specifications, checking file correctness, and collaborating with printing houses and production to ensure orders are executed to the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Practical knowledge of printing techniques (offset, dry-offset, flexographic, etc.) and printing standards
• Experience in preparing print-ready files (DTP / prepress)
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to work with print house guidelines and technical specifications
• Knowledge of Esko software (e.g. ArtPro, Webcenter, Automation Engine)
• Experience in preparing packaging and labels
• Knowledge of colour theory and colour management
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
