IKEA Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań is looking for a Junior Service Business Settlement Specialist with French and English. You will handle invoice settlements, coordinate with suppliers, and support the standardization of invoicing processes across your country.

You’ll work with Centiro, Excel, and SAP S/4HANA, with guidance from a Team Leader and a Buddy during onboarding. The role offers hybrid work mode (2 days home office), a stable contract, and opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with on-time delivery expectations.
• Strong French and English communication skills.
• Ability to establish relationships and maintain a collaborative atmosphere.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create billing proposals and send to vendors using Centiro and Excel.
• Verify vendor feedback in Excel.
• Email exchange with IKEA external suppliers (ordering, delivery, installation).
• Weekly catch-up with Team Leader for your country.
• Control invoices sent by vendors in SAP S/4HANA.
