Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services Poland (GDS) is seeking a Bid Consultant to manage end-to-end proposals for government and public sector calls. You will coordinate cross-country teams, ensure compliance, and deliver compliant, compelling bids on time.

You will lead from qualification to submission, collaborating with SMEs, procurement specialists, and legal to gather evidence, reviews, and final documents. The role combines strategic bidding with strict deadlines and governance.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in business, technology, science, law, political studies or public services management.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management and/or bid management, within the public sector or consulting environment within distributed multicultural environments.
• At least 1 year of professional experience related to the coordination/preparation of public tenders.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Familiarity with management tools such as Microsoft Office pack, MS Project, and other relevant software.
• One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central contact on proposals; lead bidding and coordinate end-to-end from qualification to submission.
• Analyze tender terms to create proposal outlines and bid plans.
• Set internal deadlines and monitor progress for proposal teams.
• Ensure procurement and compliance requirements are met for each proposal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform final reviews of tender content.
• Research and gather information for corporate, service, and standard proposal material.
• Prepare evidences related to technical, financial, and professional capacity; collect references and CVs.
• Consolidate administrative and legal documents for tenders; draft presentations and layouts.
• Identify and mobilize internal and external experts for bids.
• Communicate with clients for clarifications or contracts; liaise with external partners.
• Ensure compliance with EY procedures and with client requirements; coordinate with legal for agreements.
