Job summary

CJR Renewables in Warszawa is seeking an experienced Regional P&D Manager to lead tendering and proposal activities for complex construction and engineering projects. You will oversee end-to-end bids, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure technically sound, commercially competitive submissions.

Responsibilities include developing cost estimates, pricing strategies, and supervising documentation while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposal management, bid management, tendering, or estimating within the construction, engineering, or EPC sector.
• Strong knowledge of project costing, tender preparation, contract documentation, and commercial risk assessment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative approach with a focus on delivering successful project outcomes.
• Easy communicate in English with the business.
• Excel and AutoCad advanced.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender and proposal preparation process, from bid qualification to final submission.
• Review tender documentation, identify project requirements, risks, and opportunities, and coordinate internal resources.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams involved in estimating, engineering, planning, procurement, and commercial activities.
• Prepare and supervise technical proposals, work programmes, method statements, and supporting documentation.
• Develop and review project cost estimates, budgets, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
• Coordinate supplier and subcontractor enquiries, quotations, and technical evaluations.
• Review drawings, specifications, and quantities, ensuring accurate take-offs and project measurements.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and support bid development.
• Work closely with Business Development and Senior Management to finalize proposals and support client presentations and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, health & safety requirements, and environmental policies.
• Support the continuous improvement of the proposal process while mentoring and developing the proposal team.
