Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in tender management, with a proven track record in EU-funded tenders (e.g., DG INTPA, DG NEAR, Horizon Europe)
• Experience managing framework contracts and end-to-end tender lifecycles
• Strong understanding of PRAG guidelines and EU Financial Regulation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end preparation of complex EU tender applications and framework contracts; ensure 100% technical and administrative compliance
• Manage frameworks and subsequent applications to call-offs
• Coordinate communication within the team and with partner companies in frameworks
• Identify and engage in-house and external experts; maintain relationships
• Monitor tender publications from international donor organisations and submit tenders as required
• Maintain tender status in the database/dashboard and prepare regular updates
• Conduct market research to identify tenders and potential consortium partners
• Ensure confidentiality of all tender-related information
