Job summary

Velux Deutschland Gmbh is seeking a Junior Car Fleet Management Specialist to join the Corporate Travel team in Warsaw. You will support fleet operations, data accuracy, and stakeholder service across multiple European countries in a hybrid, international environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in fleet or related admin work, a higher education degree, strong Excel and MS 365 skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in fleet management or related admin roles.
• Higher education degree.
• Good knowledge of fleet management processes and vehicle lifecycle.
• Strong Excel skills and MS 365 familiarity.
• Excellent English communication at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and coordination of company car fleet operations across selected European countries.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, driver databases, and vehicle information within fleet management systems.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering processes based on replacement schedules and lease termination dates.
• Assist in managing vehicle replacement, renewal, and contract administration activities.
• Obtain leasing calculations and proposals from leasing providers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees on fleet-related policies, procedures, and operational inquiries.
• Cooperate with local HR and Payroll teams regarding vehicle assignments, user changes, and lease expirations.
• Inform drivers about traffic and parking fines and support the resolution process.
• Administer fuel cards and monitor fuel-related transactions across the fleet.
• Support fleet reporting activities, including fuel consumption analysis and ESG reporting requirements.
• Contribute to initiatives supporting electric vehicle adoption and sustainable mobility solutions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, HR, leasing partners, and other stakeholders to improve fleet management processes and policies.
