Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet Management team, based in Kraków, Poland or Budapest, Hungary. You will serve as the main contact for company car drivers and coordinate fleet-related processes.

You will manage a fleet of about 750 vehicles across Europe, develop fleet strategies, prepare reports, and optimize the vehicle lifecycle. English and German language skills are required, with strong Excel and MS Office capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet administration, ideally in an international environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• English: Business fluent (B2/C1) and German: Advanced (B1/B2).
• CVs must be uploaded in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a vehicle fleet of around 750 vehicles across Europe.
• Develop and implement medium- and long-term fleet strategies.
• Prepare reports and KPIs for management.
• Coordinate with leasing companies, service providers, and dealerships.
• Maintain and develop the company car policy.
• Monitor fleet costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support drivers with complex fleet-related issues.
• Ensure compliance checks and responsive communication.
