Job summary

VELUX GBS in Warsaw is seeking an Intern, Order to Cash to support credit checks, invoicing, and customer data maintenance. This early-career role provides hands-on exposure to finance operations within a global team.

You will work with SAP and ServiceNow, develop basic Excel skills, and collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and other stakeholders. English proficiency is required; German knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic analytical and Excel skills (sorting, filtering, simple formulas).
• Good communication in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in performing credit checks and maintaining customer data.
• Monitor shared inboxes and route requests to the right team members.
• Review customer open items and investigate issues on invoices and payments.
• Assist with overdue invoice collection activities and coordinate with external collection agencies.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and other stakeholders to resolve issues and update process documents.
