Job summary

VELUX is seeking a Junior Car Fleet Management Specialist to support the company car fleet across European countries. You will help manage records, liaise with drivers, and assist with leasing and contract administration in an international setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a higher education degree, and strong Excel and English skills. The position offers hybrid work with location in Warsaw, Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in fleet management, customer service, or related corporate environment.
• Higher education degree is required.
• Good understanding of fleet management processes and vehicle lifecycle administration.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, and strong English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and coordination of company car fleet operations across selected European countries.
• Maintain fleet records, driver databases, and vehicle information in fleet systems.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering based on replacement schedules and lease dates.
• Assist in managing vehicle replacement, renewal, and contract administration activities.
• Obtain leasing calculations and proposals from leasing providers.
• Act as first point of contact for employees on fleet policies and inquiries.
• Coordinate with local HR and Payroll on vehicle assignments and lease expirations.
• Inform drivers about traffic and parking fines and support resolution.
• Administer fuel cards and monitor fuel-related transactions.
• Support fleet reporting, including fuel consumption analysis and ESG reporting.
• Contribute to initiatives for electric vehicle adoption and sustainable mobility.
• Collaborate with Procurement, HR, and partners to improve fleet processes and policies.
