Job summary

ASC Global in Warsaw is hiring recent graduates to join its fast-growing B2B sales team. You will learn to run your own desk with mentor support, and you will prospect and win new customers across Europe and beyond.No prior sales experience is required; you will be trained in pricing, negotiation and CRM usage. The role features a base salary with high upside commission, in-office work, and a clear path from trainee to running your own desk.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate; no specific degree required.
• Demonstrated competitive background in sports, esports, debate, or similar high-pressure environments.
• Driven by targets with real earning potential from day one.
• Resilient, coachable and quick to learn new skills.
• Fluent business English (spoken and written); Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run your own sales desk with a mentor from day one.
• Prospect and win new B2B customers across Europe and internationally.
• Handle enquiries, quotes and follow-up to own the full deal cycle.
• Source hard-to-find electronic components through a global supplier network.
• Train in pricing, negotiation and maintaining margin.
• Monitor market shortages and convert them into opportunities.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales and operations teams globally.
