Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking an AR/ Cash Application assistant with at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable processes. You will handle emails, calls, and routine inquiries, support cash collection, and assist with daily/monthly financial reporting, while collaborating with the AR team and internal customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and willingness to learn, with basic MS Office skills and potential familiarity with AX, Oxaion, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in AR processes – cash application, overdue management, cash collection.
• Interest in finance and accounting
• Previous customer-facing or finance experience
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good organizational skills and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage
• Interest in learning the cash application process
• Willingness to communicate with customers by phone
• Knowledge of AX, Oxaion, or Microsoft Dynamics would be an asset

Responsibilities
