Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking a Treasury Specialist to manage payments, bank reconciliation, and month-end close activities. You will act as the primary contact for Treasury and bank accounting, ensure timely payments, and prepare related reports.

Strong analytical skills, English and Polish at C1, and 2+ years in Treasury are required. The role offers growth, training, and a hybrid schedule with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Required at least 2 years’ experience in Treasury Team (manual and automatic payment processing, Daily Turnover Reconciliation).
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of SAP4Hana would be advantageous.
• Excel advanced knowledge.
• Readiness to work overtime during month-end closing periods.

Responsibilities

• Acting as contact person for operational Treasury and bank accounting.
• Ensure that all payments are executed according to payment terms and payment schedule.
• Creation and execution of payment proposals.
• Uploading and reconciling bank statements.
• Monitoring and clearing accounts.
• Performing month-end closing activities related to Treasury.
• Preparing the reports related to payment processing activities.
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks, monitoring the status of daily activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and standards.
• Achieving team KPIs in line with stakeholders’ expectations.
• Liaise with auditors during half year review and year-end audit.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in the process.
