Job summary

FlixBus is seeking a Junior Technical Operations Manager focused on AI & Automation to build and scale our partner inventory operations. You will onboard carriers, keep inventory accurate, and drive automation to remove manual steps while collaborating with a cross-functional Platform Business Team.

You will prototype AI tooling for QA, data handling, and document processing, while working with engineers to improve the partner and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical, analytical, or business field with 3+ years of experience.
• Comfortable with data and automation tooling (spreadsheets, SQL, scripting Python, no-code/low-code automation).
• You are thorough, detail-oriented, and care about clean, reliable data.
• You can set goals, structure work, and find creative workarounds for stakeholder needs.
• You thrive in an international environment and are a team player.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and maintain partner inventory across our platform and various integration modes.
• Automate repetitive onboarding and inventory processes using scripts and workflows.
• Prototype and apply AI tooling to speed up operations and improve data quality.
• Work closely with engineers to resolve issues and drive tooling improvements.
• Use data to measure impact and prioritize automation opportunities.
