Job summary

Flix seeks a Technical Operations Manager to own partner integration and inventory, onboarding third-party carriers, and to drive cross-functional projects that scale our platform globally. You will be the operational point of contact for B2B partners, resolve issues, build trust to keep inventory healthy, and lead projects from scoping to delivery with engineers and country teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience leading cross-functional or B2B projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Technical environment experience and understanding of API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own partner integration and inventory across all models (self-service, manual, hybrid, API).
• Manage B2B partner relationships and onboard new partners.
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects to improve onboarding and integration quality.
• Support country organizations with operational solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to enable new business opportunities and improve customer experience.
