Job summary

FlixBus in Warsaw is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to own the operational relationship with API partners and lead cross-functional projects that scale our platform globally.

You will manage partner integrations, serve as the operational contact for B2B partners, guide projects end-to-end, support country teams, and collaborate with engineering to unlock new business opportunities and improve the partner and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in international business, business administration, economics, management, or engineering.
• 5+ years in operations, project management, account management, process improvement, or similar B2B role.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders and delivering cross-team projects.
• Comfortable in a technical environment with API integrations and data.
• Able to set goals, structure work, and find creative workarounds.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven.
• Enjoys international environments and teamwork.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own partner integration and inventory across all models (self-service, manual, hybrid, API).
• Be the operational point of contact for 3rd party partners and resolve issues.
• Lead cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery to improve onboarding and experience.
• Support country organizations by translating needs into operational solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to enable new business opportunities and improve customer experience.
