Job summary

Flix is seeking a curious and driven Junior Technical Operations Manager focusing on AI & Automation to scale our platform globally from Warsaw. You will maintain partner inventory and automate onboarding processes to reduce manual work.

You will be part of a cross-functional Platform Business Team testing new models, applying AI tooling, and building scalable operations while collaborating with engineers to improve tooling and data quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical, analytical, or business field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong data mindset and comfort with automation tooling.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and maintain partner inventory across onboarding and inventory processes.
• Identify manual steps and replace with scripts, workflows, and automation.
• Prototype and apply AI tooling to speed up operations and improve data quality.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and improve tooling.
• Use data to measure impact and prioritize opportunities.
