Job summary

Flix is seeking a Junior Technical Operations Manager focused on AI & Automation to scale partner inventory and automate repetitive onboarding tasks across our platform. You will prototype AI tooling, implement scripts, and work with engineers to improve tooling and data quality.

You'll join a cross-functional Platform Business Team, own integration with third-party carriers, and measure impact with data to drive scalable, efficient operations globally.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical, analytical, or business field.
• Comfortable with data and automation tooling.
• Detail-oriented with clean, reliable data.
• Able to set goals and structure work to meet them.
• Team player in international environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and maintain partner inventory across platforms and integration modes.
• Automate onboarding and inventory processes with scripts and workflows.
• Prototype and apply AI tooling to speed up operations and improve data quality.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and improve tooling.
• Use data to measure impact and prioritize next opportunities.
