Job summary

Flix seeks a Junior Technical Operations Manager focused on AI & Automation to build the operational backbone enabling global scale with minimal resource investment. You will keep partner inventory live, onboard carriers, and drive automation while partnering with cross-functional teams to remove repetitive tasks.

You will prototype AI tooling, implement data-driven improvements, and work closely with engineers to turn pain points into scalable tooling, impacting how mobility is shaped.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or business field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Comfort with data and automation tooling (SQL, scripting, no-code/low-code, or AI tools).
• Detail-oriented with clean, reliable data.
• Able to set goals and structure work to meet them.
• Enjoys international environments and teamwork.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and maintain partner inventory across our tools and integration modes.
• Automate the repetitive steps in onboarding and inventory processes with scripts and workflows.
• Prototype and apply AI tooling to speed up operations and improve information quality.
• Work closely with engineers to resolve technical issues and improve tooling.
• Use data to measure impact and prioritize opportunities for automation.
