Zusammenfassung

Arla Foods is seeking an organised Source to Pay professional to support Travel & Expenses operations and invoice processing in SAP within a hybrid office setup in Gdańsk. You will work with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring compliant, timely financial data and high service quality from day one.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting background, English fluency, and German as an asset, with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar area.
• German language at a minimum B2 level will be considered as a strong asset
• Fluency in English
• Good communication skills.
• Positive attitude and engagement
• Openness for change and improvements
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package.

Aufgaben

• Processing invoices and credit notes in SAP.
• Verifying accounting documents and ensuring data quality.
• Supporting suppliers and business stakeholders with queries.
• Processing payment reminders and reconciliations.
• Performing internal control activities and compliance checks.
• Supporting process improvements within the team.
• Delivering operational KPIs within own area.
• Processing and verifying employee expense claims in SAP Concur in line with company policies.
