Arla Foods is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our Source to Pay team in an international, fast-paced environment. The role focuses on ensuring timely posting of PO and non-PO invoices into SAP, maintaining accuracy and paying suppliers promptly.

You will gain exposure to an international setup, collaborate with stakeholders across countries, and develop accounting and process improvement skills within an Arla Global Shared Services context.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• German proficiency (B1 or higher) is an advantage.

We are searching for a Junior Accountant join our accounts payable team to be part of the process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in an international environment, develop your skills, and explore new solutions.

• Post PO and non-PO invoices into SAP promptly and maintain the required quality standards.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to financial transactions with promptness and professionalism.
• Help optimize financial transactions, enhance vendor relationships through prompt payments.

You enjoy working with numbers, analysing data, and finding ways to improve how things are done. You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders in an international environment.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
