Job summary

HTH Recruitment is seeking an AP Accountant with English for a Łódź hybrid role. You will process PO and non-PO invoices in SAP, verify VAT compliance, audit travel and expense reports, and support month-end closing.

You will work closely with vendors and employees, prepare weekly payment proposals, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to draw logical conclusions and support decision-making through analysis.
• Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and SAP.

Responsibilities
