Arla Global Shared Services in Gdańsk is seeking an O2C Analyst to join a multinational team. You will handle disputes, invoicing, and collections while supporting process improvements and reporting. The role blends office work with home-based tasks in a hybrid model.

Job description

Join our Order to Cash Department and become a part of one of four experienced teams, shaping ARLA’s effective cash flow. We are the guardians of ARLA’s receivables by taking care of our customers and delivering professional and efficient services to all of our stakeholders. Besides ensuring business transactions are properly accounted, we gain experience within international environment, develop our skills, try new solutions and contribute to various projects beyond our regular responsibilities.

While handling collections and credit control processes you will contribute to performance culture within O2C department. After all, we got to where we are because we're passionate about what we do.

How you will make an impact

• Registering and resolving disputes and rebates processing
• Following up on outstanding debts through e-mails, tickets, outbound/inbound calls and other forms of contact
• Ensuring all unresolved items are escalated within agreed timeframe
• Providing input for reporting to relevant business units
• Co-operation with Arla business units
• Performing regular invoicing tasks within the agreed deadlines
• Issuing manual invoices and credit / debit notes
• Responding to customer’s queries via e‑mail and/or phone
• Identifying the potential for process improvements within O2C area
• Documentation update (HTG)
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader and Team Coordinator

What will make you successful

• Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
• Experience and/or education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in process improvement and automation
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or banking products will be an advantage

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
