Job summary

CSHARK in Wrocław is seeking a skilled Java JEE / Full-Stack Developer with German language proficiency to join our team on a project supporting major German banks and government entities. You will contribute to technical enhancements and updates on a platform handling recovery processes.

You will work with a German-speaking team in a dynamic, collaborative environment, delivering solutions across backend and frontend, with a focus on robust Java code, SQL databases, and XML data integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Java development experience.
• Strong Java JEE and Spring experience.
• Strong SQL and XML proficiency.
• Frontend development experience; training on client’s Generator technology will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with a German-speaking development team and participate in technical discussions.
• Extend and adapt the recovery platform framework.
• Analyze existing functionalities and implement enhancements to the recovery module.
• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code.
• Design and optimize database structures using SQL.
• Handle XML data and ensure seamless integration with the platform.
• Contribute to backend and frontend development as part of a full-stack role.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

TheEssentials We’re Seeking

• Minimum 3+ years ofcommercial experience inJava development.
• Strong experience withJava JEE andSpring.
• Strong proficiency inSQL andXML.
• Previous experience withfrontend development; specific frontend technology is notrequired, as training ontheclient’s Generator technology will be provided.
• German language proficiency atB2 level orhigher, withtheability tofollow technical conversations andcustomer communications.
• Fluency inEnglish (minimum B2 level).
• Experience working ontechnical frameworks orplatforms.
