DevBrother in Wroclaw is seeking a proactive Project Management / IT Delivery professional to serve as the main operational bridge between institutional clients, CS teams, and core engineering talent. You will offload client-facing execution from product teams, ensuring seamless client delivery, environment deployment, and smooth project launches.

You will own client onboarding, custom integrations, cross‑team coordination across EU/US time zones, and translate ambiguous requests into actionable

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in Project Management, IT Delivery, or Technical Account Management.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced for daily client and internal communication.
• Client-facing background with onboarding, custom software requests, or delivery projects.
• Understanding of API integrations, web hooks, or third‑party connections.
• Basic familiarity with software delivery concepts and CI/CD/DevOps basics (PRs, builds, environments).
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence, etc.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational bridge between institutional clients, CS teams, and engineering talent.
• Oversee client onboarding and custom integrations from contract to live operation.
• Coordinate across timezones to resolve client queries and unblock execution.
• Translate client requests into clear tasks, acceptance criteria, and technical specs for developers.
• Manage non-standard client requests with engineering for risks, timelines, and solutions.
• May take ownership of internal operational workflows for engineering teams.

Job description

In this role, you will be the main operational bridge between institutional clients, Customer Success (CS) teams, and our core engineering talent. Your primary goal will be offloading client-facing execution from internal product teams, ensuring seamless client delivery, environment deployment, and smooth project launches.

What You'll Do

Your main focus will be Client Onboarding & Custom Integrations, ensuring every client transitions smoothly from contract signing to live operation:

• Client Onboarding & Setup: Manage the end-to-end client onboarding flow—coordinating environment deployments, re-skinning/UI customizations, testing cycles, and initial service setups.

• Custom Integrations: Drive custom client requests and third-party integrations, ranging from liquidity providers and hedging adapters to virtual card providers and complex API connections.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the single point of contact for Customer Success (CS) managers across various timezones (EU, Asia, US) and developers to resolve custom queries, clarify requirements, and unblock execution.

• Requirements & Documentation: Translate ambiguous client requests into clear, structured tasks, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for developers, while improving internal product/integration documentation.

• Process Oversight: Manage non-standard client requests (ranging from simple UI/config changes to complex workflow adjustments), partnering with engineering to evaluate risks, timelines, and solutions.

• Potential Engineering Coordination: Depending on experience and interest, take ownership of internal operational workflows for technical teams (e.g., Platform Engineering/DevOps or Frontend) to help package their work into clear, visible deliverables.

Qualifications

• English:Upper-Intermediate or Advanced (both written and verbal) for daily client and internal communication.

• Experience:1+ years of professional experience in Project Management, IT Delivery, or Technical Account Management.

• Client-Facing Background: Proven experience managing client onboarding, custom software requests, or delivery projects.

• Technical Literacy:

  • Understanding of API integrations, web hooks, or third‑party connections.

  • Basic familiarity with software delivery concepts and CI/CD/DevOps basics (PRs, builds, environments).

  • Hands‑on experience with modern task tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence, etc.).

Bonus Points

• Experience inFintech, Web3, Crypto, or Prediction Markets.

• Direct experience with liquidity provider integrations, payment gateways, or card issuer APIs.

• Practical experience using AI tools to automate project management routine.
