Job summary

CSHARK is seeking a Senior Delivery/Project Manager to coordinate customer implementations of an AI-powered platform from initial requirements through MVP, UAT and production to a seamless transition into BAU. You will own the implementation journey, align customer stakeholders with product and engineering, and keep multiple projects moving in parallel.

This is a delivery role in a fast, AI-accelerated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations.
• Proven project or delivery management across the complete customer implementation lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with customer requirements and configuration gathering, MVP/pilot planning and UAT coordination.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management skills.
• Experience coordinating across customer, product and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations running in parallel.
• Strong written and spoken English, with senior/technical stakeholders.

Job description

We arelooking foraSenior Delivery / Project Manager tocoordinate customer implementations ofanAI-powered platform frominitial requirements through MVP, UAT andproduction toasuccessful transition intoBAU.

You will take ownershipoftheimplementation journey, bringing together customer stakeholders, product andengineering teams andkeeping several implementations moving inparallel. Your focus will be onmaking sure requirements andconfiguration areunderstood, dependencies arevisible, decisions happen attheright time, andcustomers know exactly what is needed toreach thenext milestone.

This is a delivery role inafast, AI-accelerated engineering environment. Development canmove quickly, which means thecritical path is often determined bycustomer input, integrations andexternal dependencies rather than engineering capacity. Your job will be toidentify andremove blockers, manage expectations andmaintain momentum — notadd process forthesake ofprocess.

You do notneed tobe anengineer, butyou do need enough technical literacy tohave meaningful conversations withcustomers andengineering teams about APIs, integrations, environments anddeployment dependencies.

Therole is fully remote, working closely withaninternational team, including colleagues based inCanada. Theinitial engagement is expected tobe fractional, withallocation depending onthenumber ofcustomer implementations running inparallel.

Your Daily Missions

• Coordinating customer implementations end toend — fromrequirements gathering andinitial configuration through MVP / pilot, UAT, production andtransition toBAU.
• Managing several customer implementations inparallel while maintaining clear priorities, milestones andownership.
• Gathering andstructuring customer requirements, configuration needs andimplementation dependencies.
• Planning MVPs andpilots together withcustomer, product andengineering teams.
• Planning andcoordinating UAT, ensuring customers andinternal teams areprepared andblockers areaddressed quickly.
• Coordinating production readiness, go-live activities andthetransition intoongoing BAU operations.
• Identifying andmanaging risks, issues, dependencies andexternal blockers throughout theimplementation lifecycle.
• Working closely withproduct andengineering teams tounderstand technical dependencies andtranslate them intoclear customer actions andexpectations.
• Holding effective customer conversations around APIs, integrations, environments anddeployment dependencies.
• Driving customer decisions andinputs required tokeep fast-moving implementations ontrack.
• Setting clear expectations around scope, timelines, responsibilities anddependencies.
• Adapting delivery plans as implementation priorities andexternal dependencies change.
• Coordinating effectively across distributed teams andtime zones.
• Continuously improving thedelivery approach forshort, repeatable implementation cycles.

TheEssentials We’re Seeking

• Strong experience delivering enterprise software orSaaS implementations, ideally within aProfessional Services environment.
• Proven project ordelivery management experience across thecomplete customer implementation lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience withcustomer requirements andconfiguration gathering, MVP / pilot planning andUAT coordination.
• Strong risk, issue anddependency management skills.
• Experience coordinating across customer, product andengineering teams.
• Ability tosuccessfully manage multiple implementations running inparallel.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills andconfidence working withsenior andtechnical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects remotely across distributed teams andmultiple time zones.
• Sufficient technical literacy todiscuss APIs, integrations, environments anddeployment dependencies withcustomers andengineers.
• Ability tounderstand technical constraints anddependencies without relying onengineering teams totranslate every detail.
• Experience working inafast delivery environment where engineering execution is rapid andcustomer inputs orexternal dependencies often determine thecritical path.
• Aproactive approach toremoving blockers, driving decisions andsetting expectations rather than relying onprocess orceremonies tocreate momentum.
• Strong written andspoken English, used daily inaninternational environment.
• Experience delivering software within financial services.
• Experience withcollections orcontact-centre platforms.
• Exposure toAI, conversational AI orvoice-technology implementations.
• Experience managing short, repeatable customer implementation cycles rather than only long-running transformation programmes.
• Experience working closely withdistributed engineering teams.
• Familiarity withProfessional Services organisations delivering configurable products andintegrations toenterprise customers.
