Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an iTero Business Operations Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across EMEA. You will verify contracts, entry orders, manage services orders and returns, and coordinate with Sales and Support to meet SLA commitments.

The role requires knowledge of cloud-based tools (Salesforce, SAP) and strong data skills (Power BI). Fluent English and a proactive, process-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Two to four years in operations or customer support roles.
• Experience with cloud-based tech like Salesforce, Apttus, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and distributor orders to SLAs.
• Manage order backlog and verify contracts/Orders.
• Enter sales orders in SAP or other systems; handle RMAs and recurring services.
• Coordinate with sales/support teams to complete orders.
• Maintain customer master data in CRM/ERP; support program launches.
• Create reports and provide data to stakeholders.
• Train internal stakeholders on new processes and SOPs.
