Job summary

Alcon seeks a Customer Operations Representative OTI to manage orders from entry to invoicing, liaise with production and distribution, and resolve billing andReturns issues in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires English plus an EU language, experience in Shared Service/GBS, and familiarity with SAP/Salesforce. Hybrid work model and attractive benefits are offered at our NewCity Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Operations (Order to Invoice/Order to Cash preferred).
• English plus an additional EU language.
• Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in Shared Service or GBS.
• Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce; Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle standard and high-value customer orders, ensuring contractual terms and pricing.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams (production, distribution) on order matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all customers through proper order entry.
• Oversee complex return cases, including high-value credits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly with clear communication.
• Act as escalation point for disputes related to billing, delivery, and returns.
• Manage customer complaints to maintain loyalty.
