Qualifications

• 1+ year in matrix organization within Supply Chain or Sales Support
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• English level at least B2
• ERP experience (SAP) and Salesforce advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer orders and ensure complete and correct data
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Project Managers and Product Managers
• Ensure all order parts from factories and suppliers are listed
• Collect missing information from sales specialists
• Handover cases to order management per policy
• Support logistics to ensure on-time delivery
• Standardize and document sales support processes
• Communicate clearly with customers
