Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. seeks an iTero Business Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day operations across EMEA, Poland. You will ensure orders, contracts and services are processed within SLAs, while supporting subscriptions and rebates.

The role requires SAP, Salesforce and Apttus familiarity and close collaboration with Sales, Logistics and Customer Service. You will analyze data, maintain master records, and contribute to workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• BA preferred or high school diploma with two to four years related experience.
• Experience with cloud-based tools and enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, Apttus).
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and purchase orders.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer and distributor orders are processed effectively and to SLAs.
• Manage order backlog and verify purchase contracts and orders.
• Coordinate with sales or support teams to ensure timely processing.
• Enter sales orders in SAP and related systems; handle RMAs and recurring services.
• Oversee order management of recurring services such as subscriptions.
• Provide guidance on commercial offerings, pricing, promotions, and programs.
• Respond to internal inquiries via tickets, emails, and phone.
• Manage the iTero credit and rebill process and returns/replacements.
• Maintain accurate customer master data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Support program execution and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Create workflow solutions for improvements and training.
