You will assist customers with account issues, perform troubleshooting with cross-functional teams, and communicate updates clearly to clients. The role requires bilingual English/Italian communication, a background in customer service, and the willingness to learn JSON/SQL/database concepts.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Italian (min. B2).
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment.
• Willingness to understand how JSON files, SQL queries and databases work.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers with account-related issues (user IDs, access rights, manual setups).
• Troubleshoot technical problems in collaboration with customer care, technology, and sales teams.
• Apply manual fixes after data transfers when needed.
• Communicate with clients and international teams, giving clear updates via email or phone once issues are resolved.
• Explain technical information in simple, customer-friendly language.
• Prepare concise reports or updates for internal teams and clients.
