FedEx Express Poland Transportation Sp z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Client Support Specialist with Italian to join our migration-project-driven team. This temporary full-time role focuses on solving account issues, troubleshooting with cross-functional teams, and providing clear updates to clients.

Hybrid work is available; the contract runs until December 2027. You will engage with international colleagues, interpret data-transfer outcomes, and communicate complex tech topics in plain language

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Italian (min. B2) required.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical setting.
• Willingness to understand how JSON files, SQL queries and databases work.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers with account-related issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems in collaboration with customer care, technology, and sales teams.
• Apply manual fixes after data transfers when needed.
• Communicate with clients and international teams, giving clear updates via email or phone once issues are resolved.
• Explain technical information in simple, customer-friendly language.
• Prepare concise reports or updates for internal teams and clients.
