Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Client Support Specialist with French to join the Kraków team on a temporary full-time contract through December 2027. You will work closely with developers, technical customer care and business stakeholders during a data migration project across EU, handling account-related issues and manual data transfers to ensure smooth FedEx.com operations.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and French at least B2 level.
Experience in customer service, preferably technical.
Willingness to learn JSON, SQL and databases basics.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Providing support to customers with account-related issues (user IDs, access rights, manual setups).
Troubleshooting technical problems with customer care, technology, and sales teams.
Applying manual fixes after data transfers when needed.
Communicating with clients and international teams with clear updates via email or phone.
Explaining technical information in customer-friendly language.
Preparing concise reports or updates for internal teams and clients.
