Job summary

PLS FedEx Express Poland Transportation Sp z o.o. in Kraków seeks an Analyst to join the ACE team, supporting TNT customer migration to FedEx and related processes. You will analyze datasets with Excel, ensure data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and process execution.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Commercial, Finance, Marketing or similar environment.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query).
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle repetitive processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a structured way and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support migration and operational processes through data analysis and execution.
• Prepare files, review and validate data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables.
• Work extensively with Excel to analyse data and support process execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across different teams and functions.
• Present results and key insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
