Energizer is seeking an Italian-speaking Demand Planning professional in a hybrid role based in Poland, reporting to the Cluster Associate Manager Demand Planning. You will collaborate with CS market leaders, supply planning teams, and DP analysts to build accurate forecasts.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English required and experience working with international teams.
• Degree level education or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel; SAP-IBP knowledge desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support DP analyst team by sharing historical data and forecasting insights.
• Develop and validate forecast inputs with Marketing & Sales (promotions, launches, distribution effects).
• Analyze forecast accuracy and collaborate on IBP processes with DP analysts.
• Coordinate with regional DP teams to align IBP with market needs.
