Job summary

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in planning, demand planning, supply chain, or data analytics.
• Ideally, experience with demand and ERP planning tools such as Kinaxis; familiarity with SAP/APO.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, forecasting techniques, and statistics.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, adaptable mindset for process improvements.
• Experience in cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between demand planning and supply chain/manufacturing teams.
• Optimize statistical baseline forecasts using advanced modelling techniques.
• Coordinate demand planning exceptions, forecast bias, and irregular month-to-date consumption.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of demand plans in planning tools.
• Maintain system data integrity and forecasting parameters.
• Drive adoption of automated and AI-driven forecasting methods.
• Provide standard templates for business discussions and BI needs.
• Use forecast performance metrics to monitor accuracy and take corrective actions.
• Provide key demand inputs to Supply and Production Planning to balance cost, cash, and service levels.
