Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc is seeking a Senior Market Demand Planner to own the unconstrained demand forecast (baseline and promotional) in SAP-IBP for a Business Cluster across multiple markets. You will work with market demand planners and DP analysts to ensure accurate forecasting and collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply planning teams.

You will report to the Senior Demand Planning Manager within the international Modern Markets scope.

Qualifications

• Be able to work with an international team remotely.
• Working knowledge of a Supply Chain (specific DP background better).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong IT skills i.e. Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• SAP-IBP / SAP knowledge desirable
• Education requirements (degree level educated)
• Very good communication skills
• Organizational skills to handle workflow and deadlines
• Demonstrated Competencies: Teamwork and Team management
• Collaboration with ability to work in matrix environment and varied cultural teams
• Strong analytical thinking

Responsibilities

• To support senior Demand Planning Manager and DP analysts by collaborating and sharing knowledge of historical events to filter and future gains and/or cannibalization impacts.
• To challenge local Marketing & Sales departments about market intelligence, to get to a realistic forecast:
• promotional forecast
• promotional display forecast
• information regarding distribution gains and losses
• information regarding new product launch forecast
• information regarding opportunities and risks
• To analyze and support a closed feedback loop with sales and marketing monthly on market intelligence to ensure we take every opportunity to improve our MI forecasting.
• To collaborate with DP Analyst in analysis of forecasts and forecast error reports to improve forecast accuracy (net error and absolute error).
• Collaborate with DP Analyst on new product set up and forecast, a common understanding on cannibalization effects, promo analysis, code switches and product allocation in case of capacity constraints
• To build the pack for the pre-DMR & DMR and facilitate the meeting and obtain the sign off the forecast from the Market Business Director
• Ensure that the forecast requirements for co-packing and co-packaging are up to date in IBP.
• Follow up on market SLOBs process.
• To support the SKU rationalization process at a market level.
