CHEP UK Ltd. in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to join our hybrid team. You will drive data collection, build forecasts, and generate insights to align supply and demand across regions.

In this role you will collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Finance to develop robust demand plans, monitor forecast accuracy, and support continuous improvement of planning processes with advanced analytics and clear storytelling for leadership.

Formación

• Experience in demand planning and IBP processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Collaborative mindset across Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams.
• Proficiency with forecasting tools and data visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of customer feedback and VoC programs to drive decisions.
• Compile and analyze large datasets to identify trends in customer behavior and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting for real-time monitoring of CS metrics.
