Job summary

Mars is seeking a Demand & Distribution Planning Manager for the CEE cluster. The role balances customer service, product availability, inventory, and forecast accuracy, leading a high-performing team across Niepołomice or Warsaw with hybrid work options.

You will drive end-to-end planning decisions, own demand forecasting, optimize inventory, and collaborate with European factories and local teams to improve supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in Demand/Distribution Planning or related SCM field.
• Proven leadership in international environment.
• Strong forecasting, inventory, distribution planning, and cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Demand & Distribution Planning across the cluster, aligning demand with inventory and product availability.
• Own the demand planning process, drive forecast accuracy and data quality, improve efficiency.
• Lead DMR process within S&OP+ and coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
