The role offers paid training, a competitive package, 14 salaries yearly, and full relocation support (EU flight, airport pickup, hotel). You will support customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat, documenting interactions and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• English B2+ for training and internal communications.
• No prior experience needed – fully paid training provided.
• Excellent communication and empathy with customers.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece – Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto15% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

As anItalian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems

• Help customers understand the platform and available features
