Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking agent to join our Athens team and provide premium-brand customer support on-site. You will handle product, technical, delivery, and refund inquiries across phone, email, and chat, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

The role requires fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2-C1) for training and internal communication. You’ll work rotating shifts in a dynamic, international environment with relocation support included.

Are you a German speaker looking to build an international career? Join our team in Athens and provide customer support for premium brands.

Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Salary: €1,400 gross per 14 month + bonuses + full relocation package (2 weeks hotel accommodation, flight ticket, airport pick up and real estate agency fee coverage)
Work Model: On-site
Working schedule: Rotating shifts, 5 days/week-8 hours/day

Your Role

You will assist customers with product, technical, delivery, and refund inquiries across phone, email, and chat.

• Record and manage customer cases accurately.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent in German with at leastC1 proficiency
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute

• Monthly productivity bonus of up to €250 based on target achievement
