• Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies
• Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies
• Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure
• Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
• Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency
• Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets
• Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses
• Follow company and client procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Fluent Polish + good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Comfort with unexpected changes or last-minute requests
• Experience in Customer Support or working with Customer is a big plus
